When you make a booking with us, within 24 hours, you will receive our Order Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your order is now being process.

At the same time we will contact our agents with your request. Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with your information confirming your booking and your credit card payment will be settled at this time as well.

Upon confirmation (usually within 2-working day), we will send you a hotel check-in voucher showing booking details via an e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

You will be notified via an e-mail (within 2 working days after placing your order) and you will not be charged.

Moreover, when you make your reservation, we allow you to give us permission to reserve another hotel at comparable standard and price.If your selected hotel is not available AND you give us your permission, we will do so and will notify you through an e-mail. 1) If we receive your notification of cancellation more than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS administration fee USD10.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS one night room charge will be levied and PLUS administration fee USD10.

3) No Show will be 100% of the total invoice charged - No Refund

4) For the reservation during the period of beginning of December to the end of January, Chinese New Year Days, the cancellation will be 100% of the total invoice charged - No Refund.

For Normal Period, Upon tour confirmation, a 30% deposit is requested in order to guarantee your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, in case the tour participants cancel the tour on their own. The 70% remaining balance should be settled against the travel documents at least before the tour starts 7 working days (not include Sat, Sun and Public holidays). If the balance is not made before that period of time, the package tour reservation is assumed to cancel automatically.

In case of Cancellation less than 7 working days and more than 3 working days, we refund 50% of the total price. If cancellation is made prior the tour 3 working days and less than, no refund, either in partial or in full, for unused services of the tour.

For Peak Season (since December 15 to January 15 and Chinese New Year), a 50% deposit is made upon the confirmation and the full payment is requested before the tour starts. This deposit is non-refundable, in case the tour participants cancel the tour on their own.

In case of Cancellation, if notification of cancellation is received less than 1 month prior starting the tour, the full payment is no refund, either in partial or in full, for unused services of the tour.

Cancellation Policy :

There will be no charge for the cancellation if notification is received before issuing the air-tickets. Otherwise, credit 5% processing fee and ticket refund fee will be levied.
