The Riverside Restaurant is a perfect way to sample the
dishes that have made the Riverside so famous. Chinese,
Thai and Western favorites are all available, made using
the freshest and finest ingredients.
But for the first-time visitor to Cambodia, the exotic flavors
of traditional Khmer cooking are a must to try. Sample the
"soup of a 100 ingredients"-Samlor Kako-or the
rich taste of H'mok, a fish and coconut curry steamed in
banana leaves.
